After converting our first van in 2010 we started our Part-Time VanLife.
Since then, we've increased the size of the family, increased the size of our van and visited many wonderful places but wouldn't change a thing.

After one too many windy wet weekends under canvas & package all-inclusive holidays we took the plunge on buying a van to convert to a camper and we haven't looked back
The van has become our second home and anytime we can spend away exploring is a pleasure.
"Chloe", as our first van became known, evolved over the 7 years we owned her. Starting from a blank canvass to a very basic camper for 2 adults and a toddler she eventually became a significantly more kitted out comfy "home away from home" for 4 of us.
Having custom built her ourselves we were very attached, but reluctantly, as our second child grew, we just outgrew the space we had.

After many months deliberating exactly what we wanted in our new van, we concluded there was no option but to custom build again. However, this time we planned to get someone else to do the building.
Just as we started to consider who to use, a pre-converted van from a local builder came on the market, which ticked all our boxes.
After we got it home we started adding some personal customisation with satellite TV, 1TB media storage, 280W solar installation, 2kW inverter, 4G Internet and Wifi booster, internal and external LED lighting, refillable LPG, custom graphics and various security additions......... oh and that upholstery had to go too.
But now "Chloe 2.0" aka "Explore Van" feels like home.
